MUSTANG OUTRAGE UPDATE – LAS VEGAS

The death toll from the Calico January roundup is 49 wild horses, 30 aborted foals.

It will rise as soon as they start gelding. Plans are being made for the Twin Peaks roundup in California and Nevada's Virginia Range herd is now in grave danger of being rounded up. The Eagle HMA roundup in Ely, Nevada has only been delayed, not cancelled. The BLM says it must raise user fees at Red Rock Canyon Las Vegas to make ends meet, yet Interior Secretary Ken Salazar is now asking Congress for over $60 million dollars primarily for more roundups and over $40 million to buy farms in the East to warehouse the wild horses the BLM has condemned to captivity. MISMANAGEMENT OF TAX DOLLARS JUST GETS WORSE.
